Reservation and Booking:
To reserve your desired vacation home at Manage Music City, simply visit our website and select the property that suits your preferences. Please ensure that you have a valid credit card and a valid ID for the booking process. Kindly note that a cleaning fee may apply to your reservation.
Rental Payment:
The rental payment covers the cost of your stay, including cleaning fees and any applicable service fees. For specific details, please review the listing of each property on our website.
Cancellation and Refunds:
If you decide to cancel your reservation within 48 hours after booking, you will receive a full refund of what you have paid. If the cancellation occurs one week before your scheduled stay, you will receive a partial refund of 50% for each night. However, the service fee is non-refundable. Please note that no refunds will be provided on the day of your scheduled check-in.
Check-In and Check-Out:
For short-term or medium-term stays, check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. We offer self check-in with a smart lock system, providing you with convenience and flexibility.

During your stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property. Manage Music City is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while on the premises. It is important to secure personal belongings and valuables as Manage Music City is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Any illegal activities or disturbances caused by guests may result in immediate eviction without refund. While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, Manage Music City is not responsible for any disruptions to utilities or services beyond our control. We encourage guests to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Use of amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, or recreational facilities is at the guest’s own risk. Guests should adhere to any posted rules and guidelines and exercise caution when using these facilities. Manage Music City reserves the right to access the property at reasonable times for maintenance, repairs, or inspections.
Termination of Agreement:
Manage Music City reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request immediate vacation of the property in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive misconduct that affects the well-being of other guests or the property.
Dispute Resolution:
In the case of any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your stay at Manage Music City, we will strive to resolve them through negotiation. If necessary, legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
